2. No Physical Shipping

• No Goods Shipped: Since our core service involves the collection of fees for non-tangible educational services, no physical goods, products, or materials are shipped or delivered to the payer’s address upon successful completion of the online payment.

• Digital Confirmation: Upon successful payment, the user receives a digital confirmation and an e-receipt via email. This digital receipt serves as the final confirmation of the service delivered (i.e., the payment of fees).

3. Delivery of Service (Receipt)

• The ‘delivery’ of the service is limited to the immediate provision of the digital fee receipt which confirms the payment has been successfully recorded in the school’s accounts.
