Cancellation & Refund Policy

Ratnakar North Point School

At Ratnakar North Point School, we aim to maintain a transparent and smooth fee payment process. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is outlined below:

1. General Fee Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid to the school, including but not limited to Tuition Fees, Annual Charges, Term Fees, and Development Fees, are generally non-refundable.

  • Parents/Guardians are requested to ensure their satisfaction with their child’s admission/enrollment before making any fee payment. Once the payment is successfully processed, the amount cannot be reversed.

2. Admission and Registration Fees

  • Admission/Registration Fees: The initial Registration Fee or Admission Fee paid to secure a seat or complete the admission process is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers administrative costs and the reservation of a student slot.

3. Exceptional Circumstances and Management Discretion

  • Exceptional Cases: Refund requests will only be considered in extraordinary circumstances where the school is demonstrably unable to provide the promised service (e.g., if the school fails to commence the academic session).

  • All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the school administration at  contact@ratnakarnorthpointschool.com

  • Any decision regarding a refund, even in exceptional cases, will be at the sole discretion of the School Management and shall be final and binding.

4. Cancellation of Payment

  • Payment Cancellation: Once a fee payment is successfully executed through the Razorpay payment gateway, it cannot be ‘cancelled’ by the user.

  • If a student intends to withdraw from the school, they must follow the official School Leaving Procedure. The fees paid will still be governed by the non-refundable clauses mentioned above.

5. Failed Transactions

  • Failed Payments: In case of a failed transaction where the amount has been debited from the payer’s account but the payment confirmation is not received by the school, the amount will be automatically refunded by the bank/payment gateway within 7 to 10 working days. The school is not responsible for the delay in the bank’s refund process.
